The ALstep series is available in the following versions:
A microprocessor allows all the labelling parameters to be entered via a display and function keys and then stored in EEPROM so they are always available when the unit is turned on.
Despite its compact size, ALritma X is equipped with a larger unwind unit (400 mm diameter), coupled to a powerful rewinder unit to provide longer running times and reduced downtime.
Thanks to its powerful stepper motor, it can reach label supply rates of 40 m/min, and is available for 100 and 200 mm label widths.
The most sophisticated version of ALritma X – equipped with a “High-performance” kit composed of a motorised rewinder unit for the silicone paper and innovative “push-pull” label web drive system – offers speeds of 90 m/min at a rate of 900 labels/minute; despite this incredible performance, high levels of positioning accuracy are maintained, even when the product transport speed is varied. This configuration is particularly well suited to rotary labellers and applications requiring the use of printers/markers and corresponding detector checks.
Print & apply labelling machine for self-adhesive labels; can be interfaced with a computer and are able to apply the printed labels to either stationary or moving products.
For label printing, ALcode can be equipped with various thermal printer units. These units have been developed specifically to be used on automatic applicators: print resolutions of 8 or 12 dots/mm and print speeds of up to 300mm/sec, available in 104 or 152 mm expandable print widths.
In each ALcode model, the mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems have been designed to meet the typical requirements of machines operating in an industrial environment, matching reliability with ease of use, accessibility and interchangeability.
ALcode print-apply systems have been developed with a range of standard components which allow them to apply labels in any position and at virtually any line speed.
The ALcode P pallet labeller prints and applies A5 format labels to two consecutive pallet sides (normally front and side, but also to three sides on request). Performance: up to 120 pallets/h (180 with labelling on one side only).

For applying two labels (front + side) to pallets of constant dimensions, ALTECH has come up with a reliable applicator which offers a more economical solution. The application system with rotary movement of the applicator arm, and the fact it is motor driven, are real innovations.
Labelling of the various sides only requires one pallet stop.
A laser scanner checks that the barcodes are legible and that both labels have been correctly applied, performing a second attempt in the event of an error before generating an alarm to stop the line when necessary.
The ALline C labelling machine is ideal for applying wraparound labels to cylindrical packages, typically food, chemical, cosmetics and pharmaceutical products, in plastic, glass or metal bottles, jars etc.
Performance ranges from 80-200 pcs/min (depending on product dimensions and label size), up to 300 pcs/min in dedicated configurations.
The solid and compact base can accommodate ALstep or ALritma series label applicators in an easy-access protective cabinet.
ALline C can use various types of conveyors for product transport, both slatted (in plastic or in steel) or belt types, of various sizes. Various different devices are available for product spacing, depending on the required product type and performance.
